IT Work

In my 15 or so years working as an IT professional I have worked in various capacities: two major universities, desktop support at an MSP, retail, and with private clients. Cutting my teeth at the legendary NYC Mac support outfit Tekserve, I honed my casual yet professional support style. Moving into work at an MSP, I supported a wide variety of small businesses, creative agencies, law offices, doctors, media professionals, and high net worth individuals. I have experience in corporate environments, working at New York City's two major private universities, providing desktop support, network support, and IT administration. I also have experience with professional audio/video setup and support, home networking, and home A/V.

During my time at the Tandon School of Engineering, I focused a lot of my projects around creative coding: employing p5.js, JavaScript and Python extensively. I also have experience with Markdown, and scripting.
